The sit n go's are very profitable atm and i may move up to the $22's because, tonight especially, there were many drunk/wtfh players (a sunday night theme?) in the two I played. Played 4 STTs today...

10/09/09 - $10 STT 3rd/10 +$9 - Was chipleader on the bubble but lost 1/2 my stack in a coinflip. Managed to cash and then tried an aipf steal with 78, called by limper with 910 :-/

10/09/09 - $10 STT - 1st/10 +$39 - got 3k up to 10k then lost half stack on a A78 board with A7 v A8 lol. Played pretty good with average cards and made it to heads-up but had a 7k to 22k chips disadvantage. After 1/2 hour, I finally tarped him and took it down!

10/09/09 - $10 STT - 5th/10 -$11 - Very tight players and with 5 people left, blinds were so big! It was a lottery!

10/09/09 - $10 STT - 1st/10 +$39 - Play was quick and easy until the final 4 where it toughened up. Heads-up was against an extremely tricky reg and so I was in pretty much push bot mode from word go.

09/09/08 - $55 freeze 60th/168 -$55 - Managed to double up to 6k and after 1.5 hours; Blinds 150/300 i'm BB with pocket tens and it's folded to the button donk who has 20k and raises to 900. Short stack SB calls and I push. The stealer snaps with QK and the short stack trebles through c/o AA. I had the SB down as a move maker so maybe the push was a tad aggy...?

09/09/08 - $27.50 freeze 32nd/119 -$27.50 - Got my 3k stack up to 10k then donked off 7k with AKs against aces aipf. I should have folded but because I had him covered decided against it. I then pushed the remainder in with a suited Kx after a flop-monkey limped but ran into JJ in the BB.

08/09/08 - $10 rebuy 31st/144 -$11 - Didn't get many premium cards and on the last hand I lost a coinflip v donk who open-shoved 34BBs with 66....
Annoying because the minimum cash (top20) was $50....
Had 10BBs at first break but chose not to add-on....

08/09/08 - $33 freeze 26th/423 +$43.14 - Crept up the pay ladder as much as possible, then went for the win. Ended up losing a coinflip v another donk who open-shoved 22BBs with 1010.... what's their game?

08/09/08 - $10 rebuy 3rd/23 +$32.40 - This was the final game of a league competition so everyone rebought and added-on and played better than usual (which isn't hard). I was 2nd in chips with 4 left, short stack pushes UTG with KJ, I repush UTG+1 with AK but run into JJ in the BB

I'm going to start playing MTTs now because they are easier and more profitable IMO. I will log every result and see how it goes.

06/09/08 - $55 freeze 19th/152 +$36.20 - Not many big hands and the bubble took ages to burst so I lost most of my stack trying to cash.

07/09/08 - $22 freeze 6th/186 +$201.20 - Good amount of hands and unlucky not to finish top 3 (lost a coinflip against a shortish stack which crippled me)

07/09/08 - $33 freeze 92nd/273 -$33 - Very card dead and my AJ ran into KK aipf to knock me out.

Got off to a really bad start (variance obv.) so loaded up another table. Then i began picking up cards - had AA about 5 times, KK twice, QQ JJ 1010 etc.. but no action whatsoever. I was getting such a rush of cards that i accidentally folded KK pre, lucky i did tbh as an ace flopped and bets started flying in from all directions. An inspired fold.

Lost a big pot on a coinflip (pair and a flush draw against overpair) but then won it back and more with queens. Didn't play well today but seems like i'd have to play (or run) horrendously bad in order to grind out a loss at these levels. My target is to make ~£40 a day profit from ~3 hours play... although i realise my sample size is pathetic atm. I may add a sixth table when i'm comfortable with PT3's HUD but it tilts me enough as it is.

Played around with PT3's HUD and found it useful. Shame there are no icons though. Ran very good today which makes up for running as dead as a doornail yesterday.

Using the new PT3, don't like it much - not as many options, harder to configure, HUD and Grapher suck (grapher must auto-update imo). Think i'll uninstall after the 30-day trial and return to PT2.
