I'm basically the worst blog writer in the history of writer's so that made me chuckle and I still think it's cool.

Right now I'm watching the Wings, again, doing a decent procrastination job of packing for Vegas tomorrow night!

I've kept my heater going a sick amount,

but just lost to some insane retard who I played these two stellar hands against, so I think it's time to quit, or at least take a break.

So I was busy laughing at the guy, and then I realized he won some money off me and left like a champ, so now I just feel like an idiot.

BAM Detroit just scored to take a 2-1 lead in game 4, that's huge.

50 Beeber just sat with me so I guess it's back to grinding.

run/be good

Got my Sager laptop today, installed a clean copy of HM, new database, and kicked it off right imo,

I guess this is what it looks like when you never lose a pot ever.

Good time to shut down because the Penguins just took a 1 goal lead and hit the post again.

After they had 6 on the ice for 30 seconds and somehow weren't called I knew this game would be rough.

GL All, try to run as I do, and lets parlay this shit into the Main event 1 tiiiiiiime.

PS - sick video today AEJ/Ansky, really good marketing idea because now I'll have to get around to checking out their site someday and I'm sure a few might end up here as well.

somewhere between meh, and decent.

I fell well short of my goal for $50K in earnings, because I played pretty horribly for a few stretches in there, and I also ran slightly bad overall. I think I would have been very close if I could have ran ~25 stacks over EV instead of under.

I wanted to dedicate an entire month to $3/$6 and this is what it produced. I dunno what I'm going to do this month, but hopefully it involves playing better and more consistently. I literally was near my D-E games for like 4 sessions this month, pathetic. However, there were other days where everything clicked and I felt like a superstar.

I can't decide between:
1 - 24 tabling 6max and fullring mixed, playing a 24/20-ish style and banking off SNE rakeback + fish.
2 - 9-12 tabling, tiled, shorthanded, 33/27-ish style, game selecting somewhat agressively and playing my A game on all tables.
3 - 4-9 tabling, mega game selecting (looking on FTP as well as Stars) playing a limit or two higher, including looking for really good heads up action.

This month it was a mixture of all 3, but mostly #1 because that's the only way I could have played so many hands.

It's pretty pathetic that I don't know which of the three options is the best for me, although I guess it's good that I can do all of them and feel pretty good about it.

Be good.

P.S. GO WINGS - about to grill a steak, have a beer, and just enjoy the game (not torturing myself with MTT's today)

May is coming to a close, I have been putting in a lot of hours which is good. Unfortunately, I have been playing pretty terribly for a few stretches. However, I have been consistent for at least 10 sessions or so, my game has gotten much better this month, and I hope things continue to go well.

I had a nice heater to end today and figured I should show off a graph.

I am however quite sad right now. I was 24 tabling the 3 and 6 on Stars for a few hours, then I got really deep on some good games. I started to close down by phasing out my bad games because I was wearing out. I kept all of my 6max games up where I was deep and/or there was a fish, and started up the Camtasia screen capture. I was 200-750BB's deep on 9 tables and got into some really awesome spots. I was running something like 33/27 with a 3bet near 10ish, just being totally abusive from position. Captured 90 minutes of really interesting poker, the most entertaining screen capture I've ever done, and I was all ready to do the commentary for this, however, when I load the .camrec thingy it is corrupt somehow and just has a blank black screen so w/e.

I have really been playing much more aggressive lately, more specifically, I've been working on getting that redline up! I know the red/blue lines in HM are not how you should base your play, but I think over a decent sample they can at least show valuable trends.

Also, I think it's pretty funny that my last post had 3 comments as I was just testing out the blog, that must be a function of these posts showing up in the "most recent" section, which I think is very cool, since I don't think I have much of a shot for "most views."

please visit this post I made in the Mid-Stakes Forum

The play I made might be somewhat FPS, I just mucked right away to the turn raise, but I am really happy about it. Sometimes after millions of hands you just get this sick feeling about the way things are running out/ timing/ gameflow/ etc. and your instincts just completely take over. I had to leave the results out to avoid a good flaming.
