Got this letter yesterday, we're moving out as we speak. I talked to an attorney obv and she said we were free to leave. The movers come tomorrow at 8 am and hopefully we'll be out of SKY by 10 am. We're moving into a house in Southern Highlands ironically next to Lucky Chewy and the Leggo House for the WSOP this summer. Should be fun times.

My thoughts on table selecting HU.

If I play less than 400NL I'm always table selecting. Reason being below this stake their are plenty of fish and poker is all about maximizing your hourly. Also, relative to blinds, rake is increasingly higher at lower stakes. Last, if I'm going to play a reg I have a small edge over (<4BB/100) I want that big bet to be in the $20+ range.

I feel like most people I talk to are the opposite. They table select at higher stakes b/c it's a lot of money relative to their bankroll. Also if they are playing someone where they are unsure of their edge they want it to be at lower stakes where they have less risk.

I may be in a different place in my career than the people I'm talking. Rarely am I unsure of my edge in a game. Also I have experience playing up to 25/50 (once) and 10/20 semi regularly in the past. Action is more scarce at those levels so playing bad regs becomes more attractive.

I hate it when people ask me if I bum hunt because the answer is never yes/no for me. That's my best job of explaining my logic behind table selecting. It leads to me playing a lot of regs/improving my game when I'm running good and playing mostly fish when I'm on a downswing and in need of a confidence boost or bankroll boost.

I may be wrong, but I doubt it.

Which one of the following is cheaper on the whole

1. UPS
2. DHL
3. Fedex
4. USPS

My girlfriend claims the answer is common knowledge, I disagree

UPDATE: So my girlfriend sold some old sweatshirts she didn't wear anymore on Ebay. She asks me to take them to the post office since she works banker's hours and will have trouble making it in time.

Since my brain is so fantastical, I logically deduce that out of the 4 options above, USPS should be the least efficient due to bureaucratic red tape and therefore the most expensive. Hereafter, I decide to save some money and see what brown can do for me.

I arrive at UPS and they're all "that'll be $30 please" and I'm all "WTF mate?" Now that I'm at UPS I calculate the EV of aborting the transaction and finding a post office.

I decided to bend over and spread my cheeks. + EV IMO

Derrick rose is a household name while I'm guessing many of you have not heard of Monta Ellis. Other than market, what's the difference?

Alright Alright figured I better explain myself after my emo tilt blog. Yesterday I was getting raped in the butthole by a bunch of what I can only assume were monkeys on a laptop smashing buttons.

I've been running atrocious over my last 100k hands. Extremely confident I'm a bigger favorite than the 4BB/100 my EV line is suggesting.

So back in January I decided to try my hand at HUSNGs because it becomes frustrating waiting for action in HU Cash. I started off really hot playing mid to high stakes against every reg I could find on Pokerstars. For those of you who don't know on Pokerstars only 1 lobby will generate at a time so if you want to play without waiting you have to select the person that is sitting at that stake/game.

I was crushing every reg I could find, all of them would decline rematches and some would stop sitting the lobby because I was incessant on my path to destruction. I had rock solid reads, was playing near perfect, and winning...Life was good...Then the wheels fell off...

Now, I don't exactly know what the fuck happened. I felt I was playing exactly the same yet all the sudden I lose something like 60 FUCKING BUYINS! During this period I began to question my edge. I think most people will assume this was tilt. But people that know me realize that if I lose at all I just rage quit. It's very difficult for me to put volume in during a month I'm running bad for this reason. So I'm under the assumption I tilt very very little, and now I'm wondering ARE THESE MOTHER FUCKERS EXPLOITING ME. The conclusion I came to was maybe.....but no. Because everyone sucks. Everyone. But the real reason I think this is because even during my downswing I had regs declining rematches and actively avoiding my action in the lobby even as high as the 570s. Clearly if I had some huge exploit everyone figured out (at the same time, which is even more unlikely) they would rape my face off.

I talked to some people that were like OMG HAHA TL;DR STANDARD DOWNSWONG YOU FISH. This may or not be true. I'm not familiar with turbo HU SNG variance. If anyone else is let me know.

Anyway I really enjoyed my time with HUSNGs because for the most part I was just running people off the streets. It really helped me to improve my game as well. I adjusted some frequencies vs regs to be less exploitable (for example most regs cbet too much.) I started donk betting certain spots and getting a lot of folds which I wasn't doing at all in HU Cash. I was also really able to focus on keeping my ranges as wide as possible and focused on being able to rep bluffs with my value hands.

Also yesterday I found out I'm a huge life fish. Fairly confident at this point my debit card was defrauded for $1600 on two separate occasions. The transactions are very cryptic so I assumed they were during the period I was trying to get money on all the sites and were deposits. However I've gotten deposit histories from all the sites now and realize this is not the case. These transactions were early last year so I have a feeling I'm fucked but I'm going to make some calls today to see what can be done.

Other than that I've been trying to play a lot of ball at UNLV. I've improved my game a shit ton over the last 3-4 months to the point where I think I may be approaching average talent. Usually my height is a large advantage in most lineups as well. Been working on my dream shake in the low post for this summer....

AND THAT'S ALL I GOTS TO SAY ABOUT THAT

Cuda out
