Hey everyone,

I'm currently in the process of trying to move to Canada. I'm really bored hangin at home so I figured I may as well do some hand history reviews. They take me about two hours to do, half hour to watch every hand to see game flow and then 90 minutes to analyze all big hands that you played. Since they take two hours to do, I'll be charging $100 and you can pay me on paypal or boa xfer. PM me if you're interested!

Oh yeah here are my graphs for micro stakes MTTs

Hey all!

I have decided to start coaching people at micro stakes MTTs. I think this will help make me a better player and give me a chance to give back to the MTT community. I will be coaching for $55 MTT's and under.

I think that if you're winning at micro cash there's no reason you shouldn't be beating micro MTT's. I will help teach you all you need to know to beat these.

I will do it through live sweats through skype/teamviewer as well as HH reviews. I am charging $30/hr or package of 6 hrs for $150. Let me know if you're interested! Below are my results for MTTs of $55 bi and under.

940 MTTs played at $55 and under $28,826 profit 104.9% ROI 19.3% ITM 927 hrs played.

PM me if interested!

Hey all five of you that read my blog (I'm ballparking here). I started off this WSOP grind with a bang and cashed in my first ever WSOP event (#26 $2,500 6max NLHE). I finished 71st for like $6100ish. It was a great experience and I had an absolute blast.

I tought the field would be wayyyy softer then it actually was. My starting table was Joe Seebok, 2 solid regs, one fish, and an online grinder who I later found out was HeyImDro on FTP. I was kinda owning Seebs, but blinds were so small that it didn't really matter. Dro and I kept having intense bvb battles, 3 betting and 4 betting each other light seeing who would blink first.

I got moved from that table and got moved to a much softer table. I didn't recognize anyone at it. The woman next to me was super annoying and told us all about 35 times how she bubbled the ladies event final table. Anyhow I ran up my stack running like a saudi... starting the table w/ 8k and running it up to 32k in like 90 min at 75/150 lulz. Proceeded to give 11k of it back to some guy who kind of angle shot me (pretty sure unintentionally) had 2 big stacks of black (100) chips in front and had six yellow (1k) chips behind them so that they were not visible at all. I ended up putting him all in on turn because I thought he only had 2k, then he had 8k. Partially my fault for not asking for a count but whatever it was flesh wound

I then got moved to a table w/ Annon Fillippi (sp?) and BoostedJ. Was only there for like 5 orbits, had no notable hands, but everyone was cool.

Then I got moved to my last tbl of the day which had David Fox and Carter ckingusc King. Both were really cool and we had a blast at the table. I had like 8k when I got back from dinner and blinds were 2k/4k so it was time to go into ninja mode. I won two flips like back to back hands w/ 1010 vs ak and jj vs ak to get me up to like 35kish. Never looked back from there, played well/ran well and ended day 1 with 86k in chips.. top 25 out of the 135 remaining.

Day 2 table was pretty tough too had Erik Cajelais at my table and I like insta doubled up off of him by winning 3 big hands in like 10 min. He looked like he was gonna kill me and he is a biiiig dude.

Halfway through first level my eyes widened and i licked my lips when I saw Jerry Yang sit down across from me with a lot of chippies. We never really got in any hands together though, except when he limp/ 3b utg w/ AA lol. I asked him if that's how he won the main event and he ignored it lol. We got talking and I told him this is my first wsop event bla bla bla and he was like "wow thats impressive.... cashing in first ever wsop event.... I did that too only my cash was winning the main event!" I replied "really jerry!? you gotta show me up like that!?" Needless to say it was a fun table.

All of my hard work taking chips off of Erik went to waste when a euro online pro 4bet shoved on the btn w. aq and I called w/ AK and he obv rivers queen on the stone cold bubble. Sigh. Was a 105k pot. Would have put me at like 210k in chips, but sadly im back down to 103k.

Got moved shortly after bubble broke to Sorel Mizzi's table. Luckily I was seated to his left, but our bvb battles were obv intense. I won a flip off of him, then he won two vs me, all 3 of them all in pre. After losing two large flips to Sorel I jammed like 15bbs bvb when I hadn't made a move in like 3 orbits. BB woke up to JJ and that was all she wrote for me, out in 71st. Overall it was an awesome experience and I can't wait to play 9 other events.

I played the 1500 event today, lasted 2 hrs. Lost a big hand w/ QQ vs a spewy kid who I had seen shove a draw a few hands earlier. I had QQ in LP with like 7k in my stack. Spewy kid limps utg+1, other kid limps, i make it 500 at 50/100, btn flats, other 2 flat. Flop is 752dd. Checks to me I put a feeler bet of 1,125 into 2200. Folds to spewy online kid who jams for like 3200 more. I felt like theres like a 50% chance of him having a draw and 50% chance of him having a set, and since I had seen him jam before, plus these have a fast structure, I decided to call and he flips over 77 for top set. I then jammed tens into AK and lost the flip. gg nh etc.

Tomorrow, I am playing the $5k 6max event. I wasn't planning on playing it, but I felt great about my play in the 2500 6max, and found someone to buy a lot of action so I'm gonna give it a shot. I'm super excited. I'll give updates later.

Hey guys I decided I will be updating this during my first WSOP. I leave Sunday, and I'm playing in these 8 events plus a Venetian Deepstack.

6/14 $2500 6max NLHE
6/16 $1500 NLHE
6/19 $1000 NLHE
6/23 $1500 NLHE
6/25 $1500 NLHE
6/26 $1000 NLHE
6/30 $2100 NLHE Venetian DeepStack
7/1 $1000 NLHE
7/2 $2500 NLHE

I plan on grinding my balls off this series. I'm very thankful for this opportunity (bunch of ppl bought % of me) and I am going to try my very hardest to make this investment worthwhile for you all. I'm going to be updating this blog with any key hands and to just let people know what I'm doing out in Vegas.

I will be poasting all hand histories using my poker twitter account which is twitter.com/miLLmeterpeter

Also, I work for a company that represents poker players.. so I will be getting people patch deals that make final tables that are televised/streamed online. I'll be working the entire main event sooo I'm pretty stoked for that as well.

That's about it for now.... if anyone is in Vegas and wants to hang out let me know!

hey guys! sorry I haven't been updating this thing! i guess I have just used it as a poker blog and I wasn't really winning for like past 3 months soooo I didn't wanna be one of those whiney emo bitches who cry about their downswings because I know that they happen.

anywayysss I got dropped from my backer at end of september cuz he didn't feel like backing anyone anymore.... even though I made 18k on the month at 26s and 55s lol. anyhow i tried playing the next 3 months without a backer. it didn't go well and i really didnt have any decent score or final tables.

last week i got a new backer. I was looking to play 55s and lower but he said he wanted me playing 75s and below and 33rs and below and put in a good amount of volume. I hadn't really ever put in much volume cuz there weren't enough good tourneys running. anyhow have been grindng a lot more than i am used to (and during finals week lmao) and this is what happened on day 2 of the stake

so that was nice. Then I final tabled the Big Double A a few days later, busted in 8th but meh still a final table. Today I played the 14k gtd which is a 22r and I finished 2nd for $3,100. Overall a pretty solid week IMO.

I'll make another update before the end of the year and stuff w/ my yearly stats. Hope u all are doing well and thanks for reading. Remember to never stop grinding.

Hello everyone, sorry that I haven't updated lately. I've been pretty busy with school and stuff that I just haven't thought to update this thing.

I just got back from Vegas with thac and the rest of the BG crew yesterday and it was a fun but odd experience. It was obv fun because I was degening it up in Vegas for four days with my friends. The odd part was thinking that this could be the last time I am a "tourist" in Vegas, and thank god it was. I dropped wayyy too much money for my silly little four day vacation there. Originally I wasn't going to go on this trip because I feel like I just left Vegas, but I needed to check out some apartments before my move in January. Here's a link to one of the places I'm considering moving to.

http://www.move.com/apartmentsforren...?source=a12706

It was a pretty nice place and a reasonable price. Located like 10 min south of the strip like half mile from the South Point Casino. The other place I checked out was a newer complex called The Venue and it was located on the outskirts of Vegas almost into Henderson. Not sure which one I'm going to move to, but the guy told us to get back to him in December because prices would drop because apparently no one wants to move there in December.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm stokeddd for the next two weekends. Myself, thac, my other roomie Leo, my friend DJ, and Zack will be going to the Horsehoe Hammond to play in some prelim WSOP circuit events. I played in a 330 and a 550 last year, and I lasted like 6hrds in each. I'm confident that my tournament game has improved immensely since then and that I can make a serious run in this year's events. I'm going to be playing the 550 on Saturday, the 550 the saturday after that, and the 330 the Sunday after that. I haven't played in a live tournament with a good structure in a while, so it should be a good time. If anyone care's I'll be updating my chip counts to those who have pieces of me on my twitter account http://twitter.com/mvpete96.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just got a new backer online because apparently earning over 19k in prizes for September wasn't good enough for my old backer. I was a little sad but whatever my new backer is a friend IRL so it'll be cool earning someone money who I have actually hung out with and talk to regularly. I haven't played online much at all this month, but it's all due to school/Vegas/WSOPC. I'll probably grind some MTTs in the hotel room if i bust out of the WSOPC events early.

I think that's about all I have for now, I'll update after my trip to Hammond. Best of luck to everyone at the tables and remember, never stop grinding.

9/21/09

So I've been having a pretty standard week playin miniFTOPS and the Full Tilt dailies this week and I wasn't doing so hot. Mostly because I have been taking some shots with my new found money (215 WCOOP, 266 miniFTOPS, 116 miniFTOPS, and a few 75 and 50 mtts). So I was down like 1kish on the week, which I know is super standard for MTT grinders but a) 1k is still a lot of money to me and b) I'm not used to playing that high of buy in for those MTTs. So anyways I figured my week of rungood was over and I'd be done crushing.

I wasn't.

booooommmmm I finished first in the 28k gtd for $6,230. I ran good/played well. My opponent had a 3:1 CL on me to start HU and I won in like 15 minutes lol.

Man I love the 28k. I have final tabled it twice this week and 3 times this past month.

Thanks to all of my friends on 2+2 for railing/helping me out. (whatup brew!?) Also special thanks to my buddy Jonathan Tamayo for all of his help.

I can't play for like next three days cuz I have stupid papers, but I wish I could to see where this heater takes me. This heater is seriously screwing me school wise, cuz I'm so tired from being up all night that I can't make it to class! Price you pay I gues Anyways I'm going to bed now good luck at the tables everyone and remember to never stop grinding.

Hey guys!

I had a pretty fun weeekend. My roomies all went home for the weekend, so I decided to go visit my buddy Councell's (OM Goose on 2p2) place near Columbus and watch football and grind all weekend. Football wise, I thought the weekend was decent because Michigan won and Ohio State lost (sadly I lost a prop to thac on the OSU game ) Michigan State and BGSU lost as well so that was sad.

Poker wise, this weekend was pretty good. I'm still doing pretty well in the miniFTOPS and I'm having a great week. Saturday I didn't play in many mtts, and the best I did was like literally bubble the 17k gtd. Yesterday was a a good Sunday for myself and the rest of my roommates. I cashed in 3/6 tourneys I played in, including finishing 407th out of 15, 258 players for $124. Took forever and the amount of run good it takes to go really deep in that thing is ridic. I actually ended up getting sucked out on to bust when I 3bet w/ AKo and this guy 4 bet shoves on me w/ AQ. He flops trip queens and good game for me.

My other cash was finishing 43rd in the 25k gtd. I 3bet shoved QQ into AA with about 20bbs so meh standard. Made like $112 there. wohooo.

My last cash was in the 28k gtd which I honestly didn't even feel like playing. I was tired and wanted to watch Entourage, but I decided to keep playing. One of my roommates, Andy (BigDiesel07 on 2p2 and FTP) decided to enter the tournament as well. Out of 1,174 players, we BOTH final table it! It was pretty nasty, and in the end I ended up making an iffy call w/ K10 w/ like 10 bbs left when SB open shoved w/ like 11 bbs. I thought I had two live cards and was willing to gamble. I ended up being right, and he had QJ. Sadly, he flopped a Q and I was out in 7th. My roomie ended up finishing in 6th. Pretty good day all around.
Total prizes for the day= $1,053

All in all I'm having a really sick week. I'm up almost 13k on the week, which I'm really happy about. Also if any of you wanna talk to me ever, just send me a pm or im me on AIM my sn is MVPete96. I'm always down to talk MTT strat and stuff.

Until next time,

Peter
