Going to the champioinship game in my family fantasy football league. Crushed my cousin's husband, who actually had Vick, in the semifinals. My last second decision to put Vincent Jackson into my line-up (I also had Rivers in) paid off.

First place gets $120 and second place gets $40. Im thinking of asking my cousin if she just wants to chop and play for bragging rights...

By that, I mean first full month posting in the forums and watching videos. Anyway, so far so good. Posted a 7BI winning month @10nl on UB. I feel great about my game but have a lot to learn still. Been looking more and more at LeakBuster(the nuts) the last week or so and messing around w/ PokerStove a lot more. Still only grinding 3 tables at a time which Im sure you guys will LOL at. But Im going to start moving to 4 in Dec. and making it a full-time thing by Jan. Depending on how Dec. goes I will also take a stab @25nl.

I have played before but never really got that into it. Opened up two tables of 5nl this morning and had a blast. I dont know if its the limit or the format, but there was a lot more gamble. A lot of AIs from draws and such.





Pretty streaky. Im just glad I ran well, because I can see this game type getting me pretty tilted at some point.

I find what Sen. Margarita Prentice says to be insulting to poker players and to working people in general . I am not a pro player, so this law doesnt effect my ability to make money. But it does impare my ability to do what I want, not only with my hard earned money (I dont pump gas, but Im not too far from it), but from my own house.

Luckily, there are ways around this. And I am willing to use those ways to continue enjoying my hobby. I just think its unfortunate that I have to.

I do this w/ AQ all the time. Literally "all the time." And they always seem to have AA or KK.

Villain is 27/22 14.3% 3bet over 308 hands. I gave folding pre due to pos some thought, but not much. Seems like a good reg, so I easily could have folded. But the 3bet% seemed kind of high to me. So I called. Now besides folding pre and not c/r AI on the flop, what other things can be done to plug this AQ leak? Quit playing it?

PokerStars was first to pull out of WA State. Just yesterday FullTilt called it quits. I hardly played on PS anyway, but I was just starting to make the move from UB to FT. Looks like I will be sticking with UB until their ship sinks. Anyone have an idea of when that might be?

I want to move $150 from UB to FT. Anybody out there willing to make a trade w/ me? Never made one before, so any help would be greatly appreciated. PM me on here.
