So much for keeping this updated.

Why is it always the way that when you move up you get coolered and run bad? Finally build my bankroll up enough to take a shot at 200nl and I get KK< AA, QT < J9 on Q78J and finish of specatularly with two consecutive hands vs the same guy. AJ < JT on JJ62 and AK < 66 on AA69. Must be something to do with me getting AI ahead on the turn. Only finished $150 down though so it could have been worse but I am back to 100nl for now for probably at least another 5 buyins.

Finished uni now and have to decide what to do with my life. Didnt manage to get a job or anything and have officially moved out of london. Sucks really

This aint the first time Ive tried to start a blog so dont know if I will keep it up but Im in the mood so why not. Seems to be a good place to note down random thoughts, hands and results and if anyone finds it interesting ... then thats a bonus I guess. Plus I hope it will clarify my thinking when explaining stuff.

Anyway, thought Id just start of with a little thread that I found really interesting - Its not often that I pop into HSNL on 2+2 but the stuff posted there can be very good when it aint about levelling everyone in hand posts and what not.

Its about 'what are the most valueable attributes of a poker player'. I think it hits on one of the most important skills which isnt really touched upon at all. Leatherass pretty much nails it in that if you play your constant A game all the time, then even if your A-game may be other players at your level's C game or whatnot you can still be a big winner by not tilting/spewing/jumping up stakes and whatever you do when your drunk/high.

I have suffered from this and probably still do - but its such an important skill that I think it has to be noted.

In other news - Im really slumming it on Ongame. Yea the software sucks and you can only deposit like $500-600 when you just sign up (so Im at 50nl) but this hand makes it all worthwhile.

Oh yea, forget the "50nl - yada yada yada, this happens all the time and that kind of ****" because I really dont think it does and its the first time someones spewed so ahrd in a limped pot
