Vegas snuck up on me this year, and it's coming up in only a few days.

My month is going pretty well lately and has definitely turned around. Not sure how much more I'll play, but I've just been playing pretty well (although straightforward) and grinding 25-50 lately. I had a really good session with my friend sweating me the other day, although it did have to end with me playing the gayest hand in the world [1].

I've got a new 10-20 video out. I think it's just what the doctor ordered for so many people trying to move up above 5-10. A lot of it is what it's really like: crappy shorthanded games with some good players, some nits, some randoms. A lot of chance, not a bunch of game selection if you really want to play 10-20+ full time. It has gotten mixed reviews so far, but I am a fan of it, and it features me getting owned by a fellow Leggo pro (who will have a video out within the week, btw).

People have been asking me who this new pro is, and I promise you that he's coming in the next few days or week or so. As far as I know, his debut is a 200-400 video.

My next blog will likely be a video blog just before I leave for Vegas-- and there is gonna be a ton of cool shit in my blog and on the Leggo YouTube channel while everyone is in Vegas. Expect lots of interviews from Leggo people and friends of Leggo and everyone.

Also, I won a pretty funny hand today [2], I put it at the end of the blog, check it out.

Peace.

Edit: I almost forgot, I went to see Billy Joel in concert the other day with Elton John. It was a pretty sick show with dueling pianos where they helped play some of each others songs, etc. I honestly didn't know even half of Elton John's stuff, but Billy played everything I Wanted him to play. I did take a few short videos of the concert, but I haven't uploaded those yet. I might put them up eventually. For now, here's a prelude + song of the song that he opened with (granted, this is from a long, long time ago-- but he's still got it).
