cos u don't have enough equity VS their ranges to call...

easy fold, even though you have an open ended straight draw, someone could have QK blocking your low straight draw with a higher one, as well as, if someone has a flush draw then that kills two of your outs

if you do the math of the strength of your hand, vs the pot size, vs the amount you have to call vs their ranges, it's a super easy fold.
