I don't make vids on AP/UB (and neither does anyone else on Leggo) but that hasn't prevented me from playing some tournaments on AP from time to time.

I'm gonna keep a close eye on the developments with this thread, because if AP's new update means screengrabbers and keyloggers to prevent me from using HEM or some other nonsense then I'm obviously cashing out. I'm not allowing keyloggers/screengrabbers from any site, much less the piece of shit that AP/UB is.

Figured I'd spread the word so those of you who do play on AP/UB know what you're getting into with the newest software update.

I agree they're pushing it a little bit too far. Poorly handled on their part. I'd like to add that a lot of sites do monitoring though. Practically every major site so obviously that includes Stars, FTP and Party.

LT22, as I said on 2p2, whats more important is theres keyloggers and screengrabbers coming from a site i dont trust. Thats more important than any implication of blocking HEM/PT.

Dogg Id just read the thread for updates and see whats up.

As I said Party, FTP and Stars all monitor the tables your playing on aswell as the background applications your running. Stars also monitors your browser history so they know what kinda porn your into .
This however is all covered in their AGBs, so you can't really complain about it.

@ Clayton

I think you're overreacting a bit. AP/UB aren't a bunch of hackers trying to get your money. Screengrabbing is pretty standard across various sites, you can't berate them for trying to up their security standards.
I totally agree that they've handled the situation poorly no question about that, but as LT22 said it's gonna be pretty unlikely they'll ban HEM or PT and they've already reactivated it as complaints came in. Apparently the security team doesn't play poker otherwise they wouldn't have banned it in the first place.
I don't think their is anymore reason to be worried about being superused now than there was 1 month ago.
