Couldnt go to my trainer session today because I've misplaced my wallet. I have also misplaced my watch recently.
Fortunately my dad is buying me a wooden thingy to put my phone/wallet/watch/stuff. I figure this to be my last hope before pronounced "life fish failure" for life.
I am still sore. The 2p2 nutrition forum is basically calling my trainers and their methods retarded, but still worth the investment. As such, I'm going to keep proactively reading 2p2 on nutritional stuff and keep up with my training and, over time, ask my trainer to include certain exercises/methods the 2p2 nutritional forum is big on.
