OMG SORE

Everything I said about being sore yesterday was a lie compared to what I am feeling right now.

The way my arms are acting, apparantly yesterday was the first day I had ever used my triceps.

I CAN'T SCRATCH MY CHIN.

Ok that's pretty much it, just had to vent my frustration/hilarity somewhere. I head back to the gym in a few hours, so I'll pretty much be hating myself for the next week or two :O

not so much a diet, just re-organizing my nurtition so i can still eat what i want but instead balance it out more in tune with my workouts and stuff

lol rewket thats totally not true when its the first time working out in months, first week is always killer then after that u feel great

Seriously save yourself money and get a trainer for like 3 times to have him show you how to do weighlifting properly, and give you a diet then just ask him for the workouts and do them yourself.

em2, i disagree bc i know my motivation is crap. therefore, if i dont have a trainer to report to, i will not workout as much as i should

jmac, i started working out after 1 year off this summer
I was not sore one day, and i was having huge gains right away..

Soreness is a bad indicator.
