so i just got back from a pretty good weekend on the jersey shore...
went out friday night in belmar with a bunch of buddies and had an awesome time out... left the bar at like 2 am, came back, did some drunk grilling, and then played some games. saturday was pretty chill hanging out in the pool, drinking and then saw some family that i hadn't seen since my father's funeral last september so that was nice. sunday i was going to head down to the parker house but some plans got changed and i ended up staying in b/c i was getting up at like 9am for the Rutgers tailgate which was yesterday. it was so fun until the game actually started... RU **** the bed and played like ass. onto to today and the rest of the year: i've recently moved back up to 100NL: put a lot of time into studying the game, working with coaches and doing sweats with friends. i feel like i have a lot of great parts, i just need to put the machine together. and the only way to do that is play hands. goal 1) avg 1500 solid hands a day (mostly 6 tabling) for 24 days this month. now every time i set hand goals, sometimes i autopilot through and don't make all of my sessions quality and play less than my A game goal 2) get back to the gym at least 6 days a week. this shouldn't be hard. i had some injuries last month and i think my body was a bit burnt out on the gym and i should be able to get back on track goal 3) eat healthier... stop eating garbage out of convenience, make more trips to the grocery store and get good stuff goal 4) spend more time studying HH's, sweating others (if you'd like me to sweat you at all send me a msg), and committing to becoming the best 6max player i can be.
