Got backi from Vegas yesterday @ 12:30am, overall had a great time.

Ill go over poker first. I did pretty well @ the Venetian playing 2-5, finished up a little over 3k over 4 sessions. There was one interesting hand I played..Villian:Not sure if he was a local reg or a recreational player who just knew what was up, I would say he was 26-29ish. Ive seen him fold an overpair to the board on a river cr on a 3 to a flush board and lay down TPTK on a pair board face up. We havent tangled in any hands for about an hour and a half of play besides him c/f to one of my cbets on a K92 board.

I straddle UTG and UTG1 limps and villian makes it 45 in the Hijack action folds to me with KsJs, I think about 3b but utg1 was a huge fish and was also 200bbs deep so I thought my hand plays ok even tho im OOP and I didnt think the villian would do anything fancy 3way with the fish in the pot.I elected to flat and the fish folds.
Flop comes 754hhs. I check villian bets 70 and I c/r to 190 (I elected this bet size because I think hell just much his high card hands, and will flat all his over pairs and i can put enough pressure on the turn to get a fold becasue there will be a bunch of good turn cards to barrel, is this shitty thinking for a live game?
When I c/r he closed his eyes and put his head down for a sec( wasnt sure if this was some gay reverse tell or a real tell)
Anyways he flatsso the pots about $480. Turn comes 9s, and I actually tanked here for a little bit planning out my bet sizing (is it better to tank bank here or speed bet) I bet $325he took about 20-30 seconds to call. River comes Jh, I dont think I can check here cuz I cant c/c and expect to be good like ever. Anyways I Jam for like $700(not sure exactly what it was) and he thought for about 2 1/2 minutes and one of the other asshole players called for the clock, and this pissed me off because I think this would make the villian more likely to call because the longer he thinks the more likely i think he will fold? anyways with 5 secs left on the clock he mucks KK face up and he said "im so good" and i flashed the king of spades, he smacked the table and left. I ended up leaving the table 45 minutes later and he wasnt back yet so there wasnt a confronation or anything. But anyways I would really like some advice on this hand, I thought it was pretty interesting.

K now to the TR. First night we got there we went to Ghost Bar @ The Palms. It was my first time there, I thought it was really good and they played some good music. Heres a few pics @ GhostBar

Sat night we went out to eat @ some steak house in the Palazzo, Im having a brain fart and cant remember the name of it, but my friend got the gayest looking drink imaginable so I had to get a pic and embarass him on the internet. This is Steve but we call him FN which is fucking nerd cuz he dresses and wears glasses like a fucking nerd.


Later that night we went to Lazo, we were hearing good things about it from people and when we saw it from the outside we said this place is gonna suck but when we got in we were surpised. Great music and a lot of beautiful babies(swingers reference).
