hello. i am 21 and from Scotland and i play poker. unfortunately i am not good. i am lazy and do not do enough to get better. i have just finished university and currently have a bankroll of $132 after withdrawing it completely a couple of months ago so i would not be distracted from my dissertation. it didnt work very well.
well anyway i would say i am a tournament player. but unfortunately it took me 70k hands of 10 nl to realise this.
as you can see it is pretty bad. it was mainly over 10 nl 6max. pretty embaressing. would go on big runs then tilt it away after. maybe not tilt, maybe just variance equalling out. btw the last 30k are on rushpoker. addictive. i am a multi tabling addict. i play good over 4 tables but i get bored, then ramp it up to 10 then i get in trouble.
here are the stats and stuff. i dont really know what to make of them. if anyone can give any input then go ahead.
well being a multi tabling addict, i figured tournies and sit n gos would be better. i figured right. graph below.
the one big win was taking first in a $2 777 person MTT for around $333 i think. Super Turbos are really crapshooty, but obviously there is still a lot of dead money. i play them a lot. 15 tabling mainly or around there. i recently discovered table ninja and that has helped a ton. been breaking even for a long time now tho. here are my stats.
any analysis would be awesome.
right i am not really sure why i am posting this or what use it will do. but i guess setting some kind of goals would be helpful.
1. play less tables in cash
2. make my $180 back.
3. make 25nl
4. start winning in sit n gos again.
the main problems that i have is being pretty risk averse when it comes to poker. i am fine playing the game and it doesnt effect my game, but i dont feel comfortable buying into tournaments or cash games when they cost more than what i earn in an hour. i really think i should move up in tournaments but i didnt. i had a $800 bankroll and was still playing $3 super turbos. anyway, i dont mind if no one reads. it will just be good for me to keep a not of this somewhere
cheers
scott
