Well the olympics are done and almost all the tourists I would imagine are gone from Vancouver. Pretty epic winter olympics with Canada taking down the most golds EVER in a winter olympics which is pretty amazing. Even more epic was that the record breaking gold medal was won in the men's hockey tournament with Crosby sending the nation into a frenzy with an overtime winner. I dont think I've seen a game that good in a looooong time, possibly the best game I've seen ever I dont know.

So with olympics out of the way I can get back to grinding at the tables and trying to make enough paper to live the lifestyle I've grown accustomed to. In the first couple weeks of February I was cleaning up the games I frequent regularly but unfortunately in the past couple weeks I've been really taking a beating at the tables due to coolers and bad beats. Not super severe in terms of money lost but its always really discouraging to be losing every day pretty much for a couple weeks. I think that is something that bothers me a lot more than losing a large amount of money in a short period of time. I dropped 13k in an hour playing 25/50nl last month which obv isnt irregular for those limits but I think thats the most i've lost in a day much less an hour so it definitely stung. But losing money day in and day out can start to really get in your head and it can be tough to focus when you always feel like you're going to be losing when all the money goes in. Luckily I have a pretty good head on my shoulders and have excellent emotional tilt control or so I'm told, which as boywonder always talks about is key to winning.

I watched the movie 2012 recently and kinda crazy how the mayans would be able to predict when the planet/sun aligned properly thousands of years ago. Will it be the end of the world, who knows but I'm going to try and live life to the fullest with what time we may have left!

Peace out for now

That gold medal game was the first hockey game I've actually enjoyed. Speaking of running bad what is the longest breakeven stretch you've had? Mine is currently 35k and it is torture because I don't even play that much.

Im Chinese but I was born in canada and am pretty white washed.

Um longest breakeven stretch as in when I started losing from a high point and then making the money back to that point from the low point would be around 42kish hands lookin at my HEM graph and then I went on the biggest heater I've ever seen
