I was looking through things to bet on in pinnaclesports. Apparently there is enough interest in betting on quidditch matches there. I was looking to make some NHL bets. I think there's a lot of value in betting Philly to win the Atlantic division at 2.25+ so I'd recommend that. Really the only competition is pittsburgh who I love but they will not really be able to win the title unless crosby returns which is questionable when he will return and if he will have setbacks from his concussion injury. While Philly lost some of its offensive power and will be relying on the legendary Jagr to step up, they still have a better overall team I think than pitts. Stealing Talbot from the pens I think will pay large dividends for them as well.

Been still binge playing nhl 12 which has been fun and it is starting to get to the point I think where a lot of people are usually too scared to play me and its annoying to have to find ppl to play. I wish EA had set up a better system for matchups to prevent the pregame leavers. It was pretty much the main reason I stopped playing HUT last year. And then there's people who have ridiculously stacked teams from spending money to do so. Eventually I will bore of it though and will likely start playing versus where its a much more fair playing platform as no teams are THAT much better than another. If anyone wants to play for some small $$$ I would probably be down for a match or two.

WCOOP ME action is sold out so sorry to those who didnt get a piece this time around. I think the structure is great and should have a good chance to pwn my way to the top.

Regarding the FTP situation, really seems like the DOJ / US gov't doesnt want full tilt to make a recovery for some reason. Obviously releasing news about FTP and calling it a ponzi scheme during a hearing to get its license either reinstated/revoked was just a little bit influential im sure on the potential outcome of the situation. The fact that there is also supposedly an investor interested also kinda sucks since I'm sure it can affect the time it takes to get a deal done and could effect the eventual decision as well.

Anyhow, I'm still hoping that it all gets worked out. I really appreciate Durrrr taking the time to answer questions on 2p2 and his heart seems like its in the right place. I find it pretty retarded how so many people are still flaming him for not paying out $1mm that he promised when FTP isn't buried 6ft under yet. At the same time, if he pays out, the chances of getting refunded would be small since he'd only be injecting 1mm into a deficit of 150mm so Im not sure why so many ppl are being uptight about being paid by Tom when its most likely they will not be chosen to be paid back anyway.
