So I'm up around 5k in tournaments this month, ship it. It's nice to play something different and I enjoy different types of circumstances that come up, and trying to learn a new sort of skillset.
Cash games I have been playing much of lately. I've been irregularly busy for me and my wrist still hasn't gotten much better(probably worse really). I think I'm gonna finally give the doc a call monday.
I do think my tilt control has gotten much better lately. There have been a few sessions lately where some things have happened that would normally send me in to mini-meltdown mode. I've just been "taking a step back", gathering my thoughts and not caring if I time out on any tables or anything. It also helps that my spew generally seems to have gone way down lately.
Kind of working out the last of my stuff at my job. As soon as I can figure out what I'm gonna be able to do with my vacation days, I will be putting in notice.
Had our first 2 fall league games this week. I like playing basketball still but when 5 of the other 7 guys on the team have never played anything more than varsity for their tiny high school, it can get frustrating. We lost our first game to a game winner(doh me for not being able to swat that 3), and got bummed our second game by 20+ or something. W/e though it's nice to do something I enjoy and get exercise.
Still making up my mind about where to live when I get done with my job/fall league. Mexico, Oregon, DC, and OC are all options now. I think I'll probably just stop talking about it though and do it when the time comes.
Anyways, peace bishes.
