So ive had another wild ride in the last week or so. Monday night I organise another 300 sitdown. IN the first round I stack off w/ K9 on a 975ss board. I cbet IP and john just over min raises me. I tank for ages and commit 3/4 of my stack figuring his range is any pair + redraw he tanks for so long Im confident that iv made the correct decision. he puts in like an extra £50 nd we run it turn 6 river 8 strt on the board. If I was behind I think im alright now. pockets 10's doesnt think so! that actually shocked me when he turned his cards over and he was good on the flop LOL.
Alistair straddles I bump it with 10 4 he min rasies pre with AA. Q107 he cebts I call turn 4 he puts half his stack in A ship he calls and sighs. river brings no pain.

had 910dd and limp for 8/16 straddle. flop top2 9104ss. Im lead out for ~35, 2 callers turn A. I lead ~85. two callers river 5. I bet ~135 one caller who apparently had "a big ace" not big enough for 35 on the flop though is it?
34dd on SB I complete the straddle of £4 who makes it 25 more. everyone calls so im like whatever, chk blind 34Qhh. straddle shove PSB ~150. He stats running his mouth as people fold round to me " a 4s winning honeslty a 4 IS wining" Guess I better call you then and show him a 4. he turns over AQ I slide my card over to show a 3 with it lol. I think he figured I was slowrolling him though
erm 62 on BB flop comes 623dd turn 6d I lead flop and turn and river is a 4 I get called by a straight. actually I think he shoved on me.
At this point Im winning ~1200. lock up for 2.5hrs. like I didnt see a flop. Then I have NFD+OC and flat PSB to let alistair in behind. turn pairs MP john move AI out of turn I flat same £65 ad flop and Al raises another 100. I flat and miss. next hand I raise button w/ 108 flop K97 ch. 30 R to 90 call. turn brick. ch 165. he calls I brick again and chk b/c I feel hes calling a shove. he flips KJ. BAH! If i hit I stack him for like another 800. regardless if its the 6 or his 2pair J.
Then I flop GS and FD turn gives me DBL BB and I miss.
I keep getting Ak in the blinds so I flat the raises to trap. and they 3 out me every time. pretty annoying, I make a bad call for ~100 and Im even again. 4handed I get some momentum and am winning ~300 then on last hand I complete straddle with A5 and flop A35ss 30.to 90.to 215 I tank for ages and min raise? that was pretty dull and got met with a shove for 1.5k stacks I passlosing 50 for the session. Not sure if well get a game this week as we cant have people losing 300-1k weekly or it will kill the game
Tuesday I go to all my lectures, Get set another project. Did it last year aka jackpot already got 59%with no extras so I give it a little touch up and its all good. Play the donkament in casino. Q7h obv has me drawing dead on the turn GG me. lose about 150 playing dc and leave after being 1 and 2 outed. started with QQQ in superstud and landi jams an 87 low draw to hit runing AAA so that was good. I discuss ftops with songbo and he decides not to back me after saying he would so that was pretty annoying. oh well it would mean I dont go to budapest and be pretty difficult to play every event.
Wed no food in the house so I go to casino after qualifiying for ftops #1 for a meal/ cashgame

I know john doesnt have an ace in his range here. turn 8 gives me double belly buster, he fires again I jam he tanks for ages and tells me he has flush and strt draw I LOL river brick Qhigh wins.
It was dc nlh or 4card plo. Im winning about 300 and have called my last round b/c ftops starts at 2am. I have As10x8x6s on a 10s4s5x flop I check. one bet of £10, two calls and I make it 25 more. one caller. turn osJ I pot which was exactly what villan had left. He want to run it twice and from what hes saying he had FD and strt draw so I figure I have blockers with A and 6 and have his FD dead. He reluctantly calls with K9s and 43. river is a 3 for 2 pair. good by all my profit. hello tilt for ftops. I donk it with 108 when top pair turns into trips v a flopped strt then 99 into AA when I knew he had it. played a few more comps on ft and went deep in the 50/50 I won ALOT of races. not more than 10. I did crack AA with Q3o AIPF on last two tables though. cheeky fucker shouldnt time down after iv 3 bet half his stack. flop was complete brick followed by 3. Q. f**cking sick stuff. I did get my AA cracked by A8 a few hands later though. then I won a 3way all in with AK v At v QQ. I flatted QQ's raise from SB to control pot and BB shipped with A10. 10 high flop. K on river GG a10. props to QQ cant remeber your sn off top of my head but im sure well meet up in vegas.

The other guy was awful, and this guy would not touch him. I guess Id do the same to get the fish HU but it was pretty annoying that he had pos on me and kept 3betting my opens and putting me in tough spots post flop. I didnt play a hand on Ft till we were 3 handed which took ~20mins max

next night I play about 20comps and run KK into AA a few times lose AK to pairs and pairs to underpairs and JJ+ to AK/AQ/A RAG! bubble in the 100DS on ipoker felt like I was paying for all the races I won on wed night. played ftops #2 also but that was just a waste of $$$ b/c I was tired and impatient
later I head down casino b/c I hear theres a big dc game on. ~15k on table when I get there monkey sitdown instead of 200 as its late which is fair enough, but it doesnt make much diff upto 1k as it will probly all go in PF.
I didnt take my card with me as some kind of bankroll management exercise but as most ppl in that game will lend me 1k each I guess it doesnt make much sense.

Friday I go to comp but get a phone call to say jason and walid are playing dc in grov and that usually a very soft and very juicy game. walid hits nuts nuts when I had 2nd 2nd and I lose 650 and leave. pretty annyoing.
Then Im told theres a guy in the other casino looking for me. We have a chat and hed like to invest a decent amount of money into me to play all the gukpts and majority of side events for the year on a 50/50 split so thats pretty sweet. He also wants to stake me in cash games but I need to think about the details for that. Any advice?
He said hed been wanting to chat to me about it for ages but I was allways to commited to cash games and I dont smoke so dont go out for cigarettes with ppl. Hes put someone else into walsall b/c he didnt know I played comps just thought I played cash games lol.
Im thinking puts up the money for the cash games then a 75/80 25/20 split after his stake is returned as its more likely he gets a return from cash games than comps, and weve agreed on 50/50 for comps, but if anyof you who do stake or have been stake can think of anyother factors you would include please leave a comment or pm me.
Saturday I played a 200 f/o with a group of muppets. I hit 2 or 3 flops. one w/ 63 where limp from cu flop comes 632ccc I min bet 6 calls. turn 6 I min bet again. 6 calls. river Ac a lead for 650 I make it 3450. Kc calls 650 folds (Q). then I squeeze 103c b/c there 4k dead mony in pot and get 2 callers- A8 and K9. I lose about 5k from pre flop and cbetting flop then Im short and the table i just to fishy to take down blinds so I became the short stack master. I had less than 10BB for 4 40min levels before I bubble ft shoving 104 into QQ, unfortunately I only hit the 4, then Im furious with myself b/c I had such discipline to make it for 25th to 11th and then I donk it. If I get to the ft I have a full ring to manover with to try and get chips, and If i did im certain id win it.
Valentines day was decent even though I vicky woke my up at 2pm. slept thru my alarm and felt like a right c**t. she didnt seem to bothered though so thats cool.
