I have been living in La Paz Mexico for the last 6 months and am now looking for a 3rd poker player to take a room in our baller house. We have had 15 different poker friends come through and stay from 5 days to 1 month with us and all have had a sick, sick time. We have extended our stay in our house until the 1st of June at which time we depart for Vegas. That leaves 2 months of Mexico for anyone interested.

About us:

(me): 6 max grinder at 1/2. Have a car and my dog in La Paz (dog does not live in house).

About La Paz: You can google it of course but from a Poker Player's perspective: La Paz is a large city (about 400K) on the Sea of Cortez. It has a perfect feel of big city amenities but is not saturated with American influence or tourists. It is much cheaper to live than in the U.S. The club and bar scene is like none that I have seen in the U.S. There seems to be a larger ratio of women to men than other places I have been and there is certainly a larger ratio of good looking women to meh women. The beaches are incredible and some are ranked in the top 10 or 20 beaches in the world. Internet is good and we actually have 2 high speed lines (one for backup). We have cable TV and NBA league pass. There are Sports bars and a Casino with a Sports Book in La Paz as well. There are some sick sick things to do such as sport fishing, world class snorkeling and swimming with Sea Lions, swimming with Whale Sharks, kite surfing, wind surfing, island hopping for remote beaches.

There is an airport in La Paz that will fly you to LA, Phoenix, Houston, Mexico City and Guadalajara for major hubs to anywhere in the world.

There is a very large movie theater with current movies in English. There is a WalMart at the edge of town if you really need it. There are some amazing restaurants and the food in La Paz is fantastic.

Cabo San Lucas is only 2 hours away. Spring break is coming up and Cabo simply GOES OFF. We will be there beginning of April. I would def. try to make it here by then. It also has an international airport.

The rooms have their own bathrooms and their are 2 more bathrooms through out the house. The house is one of the best in La Paz I think because of the quality AND location. It is right in the middle of everything. You do not need a car.

The price is as follows. $1200 per month. 2 weeks - $700. 1 week - $400. Obviously we would like to book someone for the full 2 months but message me and we will see what we can work out.
