So we are about 90% wrapped on this house for June 1st through August 1st (two months). The rooms will be rented in 2 week blocks at $500. This includes a king or queen bed. The twin rooms can either be divided in half at $250 per person for 2 weeks or we can make an arrangement to get a king or queen bed in there for 1 person if you want your own room. We are a pretty laid back bunch who usually come correct when in Vegas.

I am posting now because we got quite a discount on this house to be able to offer these prices IF we booked in advance. If any of you have done this before, then you know doing this well in advance is a good idea anyhow.
