After another month and a half of traveling, albeit relatively local east coast stuff, I'm happy to be back home where I'm doing a good amount of grinding and making an effort to lead a more balanced lifestyle where I am working out regularly and eating better - something that is, for me at least, almost impossible to do on the road.

Now that I'm home I'm excited to check out the bar scene in a new town as well as the bars around DC as it's only a 10 minute ride by taxi/metro to the 'college' areas. Since moving here I haven't been able to meet many new people since I know a fair amount of people in the area and have been grinding so much but I'm ready to see what Bethesda has to offer.

I'm also going to be going to mardi gras for 5 days with a few friends which should just be out of control fun. It will also be a nice break from poker which has been stressful because high stakes swings are ridiculous sometimes.
