So basically I had an epiphany that I got way to fat way too soon. Basically I was an all area baseball player in high school, walked on in college, quit quickly and just lost it all... worked out everyday in highschool then drank beer and ate awful in college, basically 20 beers a week easily not including liquor and tons of fast food and went from a 5'10 165lb body with a 6 pack (not kidding)
to a beer belly and 185. starting yesterday i began running 2.6 miles a day (a route i traced) and starting monday will begin an intense lifting program.. the only way i've stayed 'in shape' is through intramurals and ithink all the work i did in highschool, but my stomach is way to big and im a fat ass run forrest.. run
