I went broke again and clear out my online bandroll. I really need to put more effort into game selection in these HU cash tables.

I start with BR$1000 and dip $400 so far. but I will not give up just yet and hopefully after i spend more time on game selection. I will grind back up.

Oh..well... playing badly and lose to a race, cold deck etc etc. I lose my BR on the site. The main reason is I did not follow my rules strictly. I also did not consider the game selection seriously. I will rebuild this BR from a new site and a I want to take on board the "game selection" and my general rules together. I want to train myself to follow these rules and keep remind myself how careless i was.

New challenge will take place next week. wish me luck.

I had a 1h40m session aggainst 3 players in the 1/2 HU game. Somehow I booked a win on 3 matches. The 1st one left after 15mins and lost $30. 2nd player lost 100. The 3rd player gave me a bit trouble and I need to rebuy. Luckily I won a nice pot with a lucky river then he slowly lost his patient against me. I finally won it and he lost one buyin. So I won $300 in this session. Not bad. However i made some bad mistake and I would like to post here for comments later.

I had two sessions of live full ring games $3/6 NLH in a casino. I was up and down for a few hours. But I managed to hold it and keep myself away from tilt. Then suddently I won two big pots allin and I was $2000 up. Nice!!

I won't add this winning to the HU challenge as I want to reach $4k by HU only. That's the task. Hopefully I can squeeze 1-2 session of HU this week.

I played 50mins 1/2 HU cash game against one opponent. I did well and won $250 but I play a couple of hands bad and bluff off some chips. i will post those hand on forum for comments.

I never analyse my own play afterwards. I will do that from now on. Definiately the way to improve my skills. Not sure how to do it properly tho', should I just go thro' all hands? or pick those I have doubes with? not sure.

Why I start blog about poker

I was winning abt 5K in march but due to my stupid action, playing at higher stake, I had lost them in one single session against one opponent. This happens many times to me before. At least I know why I lost and I deserved it. He was a much better player and I was playing outside my bankroll.

A new beginning

I started my bankroll again with $400 last night. Played against a fish and he donked 600 to me on a 1/2 HU table. I have setup some rules and goals so I will do my best to follow it and I will write on my blog so everyone can beat me up if I break them.

Level 1 (BR$1000) - Target reach $4k
1. Play 1/2 HU single table, play $50/100/200 HU SNG
2. emotional control, quit after 2hrs max sessions
3. quit if lose 2 buyins ($400)
