The day is Tuesday 15th Feb and I am a bad poker player.

Don't want to start like an AA meet but it has to be said.

I last posted about a week ago and I have started the micro stakes. I was up to $180 and in about 2 days have gone down to $75.

Why?? Combination of just bad play, tilt and a few bad beats mixed in. I play too much OOP and don't think about hands enough. I feel so frustrated that my bankroll (if you could call it one) has been cut in half and now I feel I need to wrtie this to help me move on.

The first step is admitting the problem they say, and now I need to take steps to radify this and hopefully well...not be a bad poker player.

For me to admit this, is quite a step I feel, as I feel a lot of players go along thinking they are as they say in England, the "Bees Knees".
