I could not believe how the World Cup game between Slovenia and the U.S. turned out. So unfair, but I guess that is soccer. I got up early with my kids and went to a pub to watch, and they were really into it until the U.S. scored in the second half and the place went berserk. We ended up leaving before the end of the game.

I haven't played a lot of poker, but today dropped 3 BI. I think I made some mistakes in medium sized pots, but I got rivered after correctly calling two streets of bluffs like three times, and just wasn't hitting enough cards in general. I finally have enough hands with questionable plays to make a real study of my game, though, so I will be doing that for most of the next week, right here in my blog. I am sure I will find a lot of opportunities to fold.
