Question? Do you feel your red line is going up because you are capable of hand reading better and pushing/bluffing villains of weak made hands on later streets? Where do you feel your postflop play has improved? As the preflop raiser or as the preflop caller?

Yes. I am pushing people off hands more now and that is making the line go up.

I think it has improved as both the caller and the raiser. I would say I am most improved as the caller though.
The whole "red line" thing seems to be the new craze. I still haven't heard anyone say exactly why its so good to have a red line going up. I mean is it simply that with non-showdown winnings higher you make yourself harder to play against? Or is it just an ego thing amongst 2p2ers?
I guess what I mean is, if you switched your showdown and non-showdown winnings in that graph (and thus had the exact same winnings), would that then not be as good a session? If so, why?
The red line is what determines the sexiness of your graph in the poker community. Winning $1201 with a negative red line is better than $1200 with a positive one.
