I talk about my plans on how to play poker again. I played a 1hr session just now and didn't tilt despite things not going my way. I'm feeling pretty good, and confident i can do everything i say in the video.

U mentioned what u were gonna do:

-play 3 hours a day
-stop tilting

How do you want to stop tilting? What is your plan? Just say ''I am gonna quit tilting'' isn't gonna work obviously.

Just say to yourself if i go down 2 buy ins at whatever stake im comfortable at or whatever your breaking point is you will quit for at least a few hours, problem solved
