I've decided to get my eyes lasered, there seem to be a number of options but I got an offer on IntraLasik which seems to be the safest and have the best results.

I was pretty hesistant to get this done because my vision is not that terrible (I can fairly easily live without glasses but need them when sitting behind my computer (which I do like almost the entire day ). But with this method it seems that the risk is really minimal, hopefully run good at life :-).

Robin out.

my vision was 20/1800 ... legally blind! I had PRK a little more than a year ago and they were able to get my eyes to 20/30. life changing procedure. good luck man!

I had this done 3 years ago eyes were 20/20 then and are still pretty close too that but i have regressed a little. I have large pupils ( I think they call it a astigmatism), which causes halo's at night post surgery. I.e My night vision is worse now then before surgery when i wore contacts, thought its not a huge deal and am used to it now. Other than that I have been very satisfied and would recommend it.

On a side note, after the surgery I felt like woozy, and as the is inspecting my eyes he says" there might be something under the flap, i'm going to rinse it out." I see him coming at me a needle and think he is going to stick it into my eyeball and i stone cold pass out. LOL! He was actually just going to squirt a little saline into my eye.

I think it really depends alot on where you get it done and what procedure you go for.
I think at some clinics it also depends on how bad your eyes are but not sure on that.
But this was an offer with 50% discount so I figured I would just take it (even though it's one of the more expensive procedures, but hopefully also the more secure and better results one)
