i have been watching dexter lots and lots of late.
poker has not been so great of late so not really too much to report. my stable of players hasn't being going great . The ukipt pushed my resources a little and with scoop around the corner the stable is on lockdown until i can rebuild my roll to the point of being a little more comfortable .

my peoples are on bread and butter games and i think they find this a little disheartening after failed shots. guess they have to get used to this but part of my job is to try keep morale high and hopefully that leads to happy stable and makes life more enjoyable for us all.

personally i have been slow trying to eat better after i regained the use of my right hand back. i have been cooking a little more fresher food but my hand still feels very sore so its hard to do too much with my hand . at least its not bandaged up with a splint anymore so i can do somethings.
i played football last week on a monday for the first time in about 4 weeks and i was completely wiped out for three days my body just hated it but i enjoyed it a lot even though it was torture for my body .

things will be quiet until scoop now and hopefully i can make some shots pay off.

the shares in the oil exploration company seam to have dived but I'm in mid to longer timescale so going to see how things pan out.

im stuck with a property that i can't sell due to the market being very slow and i cant be bothered with the hassle of letting it out. tempted just to burn it down and claim the insurance money but like everything else that is a good idea its probably going to be illegal . fuck you law and order.
