well its not often i blog and as I'm hungover its as good a time as ever.
went out yesterday and have been really busy all week decorating my home to put on the market.
my horses havnt really played much this week so I've not really won or lost any moneys.

its my friends 21st on saturday so should be a good messy night.

generally I've been sticking to my new regime of water and less shitty foods but alcohol leads to takeaways and blah blah blah. i don't generally go out too much anyways so its not the biggest of issues but its obviously terrible for my health.

this weeks football was the first time i havnt felt my calf and hamstring twitching to snap so hopefully as I've been more active with been busy its something i have to keep doing . a little excersive everyday and it should keep my muscles and system ticking over better then just been a lazy poker player who rarely leaves his computer screen.

scoop has been a brick. played the 2100 super turbo ko and got nowhere.
the super turbo 6max ko was by far the most fun game I've played in ages though love the format love the bounties and the dynamics it produces
.sadlt couldn't get anything going so its back to bread and butter games for the next few weeks

still undecided about vegas plans no idea if I'm going or not as yet.
