Man, I just played Suck My Ace on stars for a couple thousand hands. The match was really crazy, and he's definitely a tough player. However, I caught him going bananas in some spots and these hands are just TOO COOL.

Here I got extra frisky, and got owned, figured he is bluffing himself some % on the river but I can't call etc.

Just really crazy so many wild hands happened in the same session, there are 4-5 other hands almost as insane, but marginally less so.

hand 1 is sick

hand 2 - why call turn? river call is probably because of the fact that he's probably 3barreling AK/KK/AA, maybe AQ, some backdoor diamonds and that's about it

hand 3 - you don't think he c/rs Ahigh on the turn?

you guys do forget that sometimes there are timing/sizing tells or just voices in your head that want you to call

bobbo- i mean implicit in the K9 call is the assumption that his range for check/ bet/ bet contains like 100% of his air and very few value hands relatively. usually it is only possible to infer something like that about a range rarely, and when an opponent is tilting

What are your thoughts when you overshove the river in the 4th (leveling run amok) hand?

sauce123 is offline sauce123
first i was happy i hit a pair
then i thought about his range and timing on 3 streets and concluded that if he was slowplaying the river he would most likely have timed down slightly more instead of insta check unless he had resolved to slowplay a hand like AA on 100% of runoffs from the flop.
then i thought that him slowplaying was especially unlikely with our history at this point in the match and his tendencies so i decided he was very likely to have a showdown hand equal to A or K high
then i thought that he likely couldnt have a hand like 66 either as i thought he would have previously considered value betting given how much id called
then i thought how much to bet and thought that he would likely call with similar frequencies relative to betsize no matter how big i bet, but that shoving prevented me from facing a CR in which case i would probably have been indifferent between calling and folding, so i just jammed

Thanks a lot for making me realise how much better some people are than me at poker. These hands are sick, and lol at people saying they were played badly. I love the shove w 64s, the K9 call is sicker again cos you're behind some of his bluffs.
