flawed philosophy?

Its Aussie Millions here in Melb so the cash game action is prettty good
and cos im broke im not playing any tournys
Anyway I sit at 2/3 and its a soft table as in not particular aggressive and predictable
therefore I counter by playing particular aggro I think this is correct albeit more suceptable to variance.
my issue is; that to my right there were a lot of 30-50bb stack, so I was three betting and opening a lot getting flatted pre a lot but then im left with 1-1.5psb a lot of hands were played HU post flop and I was forced to effectively shove hands on flop with little equity, I still think in theory this is ok as they are going to whiff 2/3 of the time and sometimes I have a hand.

so the question is
a)do you think I should play more inline and just clean up when I have the best hand?
b)or move to a table with fuller stacks?
c) continue as is

heres an example
im on button with js10s

(100) mp opens to 11
(100)mp2 calls
(120)co calls
300(hero button rasies) to 45 ( I think they fold a lot is looks insanely strong and at that point I hadnt three bet althugh it was only 20hands in and If im shoved on I have decent equity against everything other that jj-AA as they fold AJ A10 almost always)

they all fold except co

pot 110
flop 6 6 5 r

I shove

he makes a crying call with AK

I suck out so im not being results orientated

the question is what is more profitable (AT THESE STACK SIZES)

A)flat and use my position and relative skill but essentially need the cards to fall as it ll be played 4way at minimum

B)or put pressure on pre cut down the amount of players and therefore my skill diff is greater and
I can win without the cards

I think if we are a bit deeper then B is good im not sure at these stack sizes and because crown has a max buy in of 200 im up against <100bb stacks a lot

insights appreciated

I'm not sure exactly how the games are playing there but I did get a good idea from that hand. I know in a vegas casino there's no way I thin the field enough preflop where I even consider 3-betting JTs there. I just have a wider 3-bet range for value. If they're folding AJ AT then 3-bet and jam lots of flops is probably fine, except this guy tank called AK and if he doesn't fold that when he completely misses it's probably not the best spot to 3-bet bluff.

There's also a million good spots to 3-bet bluff in live games and I really try to pick my spots if I want to do it but I like playing postflop more. Since everyone is stationy I usually don't even have a 3-bet bluff range. I'll just 3-bet broadways usually to thin the field and target someone.

yeah I think my post flop game needs a lot of work (due to being tourny player)
and because its weak im trying to play aggro pre and on flop
to avoid difficult decisons myself,
