Hello all,

Some of you may have heard of the manliest beast ever known to men by now. Some of you may even have had the privilege to lay their eyes upon the cataclysmic event that occured on this fateful day. YouTube has made countless efforts to erase it from the history of mankind. We can not let this happen. We must spread the word, the people need to know. Evil can hide no longer, for we have Casey Heynes, warrior of the gods.

Yours truly,

Denny

The video would later become viral on Jewtube & was subsequently deleted hundreds to thousands of times. He was dubbed the "Zangief Kid" for his likeness to Zangief of the Street Fighter game series.

In the video, a small, ratty child was squaring up to a much larger chubster, while his friends stood to the left with the camera. The ratty child, know as Ritchard, threw a punch, connecting with the chubster, Casey. Casey moved with the punch, but didnt back away or show any sign of pain. This was to be the Rat's first warning, which he failed to heed.

The Rat then began bouncing on his heels, taunting Casey by feigning punches to his stomach. Casey is seen moving his arm at speeds not yet achieved by mortal men. This was to be the Rat's second warning.

And then, following another feigned punch from the Rat, Casey acted. But it is not right to call him Casey any more, because he is much, much more. He is the Beast. Channeling the power of the Immortal Gods, the Beast threw himself at the Rat and subdued him. He then proceeded to hoist the Rat up in to the air, pausing briefly to savour the smell of fear, before slamming the Rat down with enough force to destroy the other half of Japan. Contemplating a kick to the head, the Beast decided against it, knowing the Rat was humiliated and broken. One of the Rat's counterparts came up with the intention of getting revenge, but when the Beast looked him square in the eyes he became paralyzed with fear. The Beast, satisfied with his work, turned and strode off to his lair.

The Beast's current whereabouts are unknown, but it is very likely he slumbers in an underwater cave in the Bermuda Triangle. Because he's the hero St Marys North deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

Two bad things, one good thing.

Poker has been really annoying so far this month. I like to think I have played very well most of the time, but also very badly some time for sure. The most painful moment was when I got 1-outered in an 11k pot on 10/20 vs tjbentham. I'm closing in on a magical below EV number of Stars. If I actually hit it... Tears of infinite sorrow.

The other thing that might even annoy me more is on the left below:

The love of my life (sorry Robin) cut her hair... Why oh why did you cut your hair, Emma? POR QUE? My undying love for her has died just a little bit.

On a positive note, I have been watching the show Modern Family a lot. Even right after one of the biggest losing sessions I ever had, I had to laugh out loud at some of the jokes. Then you know you're watching an amazing show!

Hope I can still get back into the positive before the end of the month (or just not lose any more -.- )

Take care,

Denny

Hey everybody,

been a little while since I've updated, but I was really busy the last couple of weeks. Hopefully that'll tone down a litle bit cause I was starting to get pretty depressed not being able to do what I want to do (which usually is a mix of poker, doing outdoors stuff and hangin out with friends). I had 2 exams and a couple of assignments for my minor that I had to take care off. Eventually I only did 1 exam because I started studying way too late. Would be amazing if I passed it though.

The minor I'm doing is called 'Influencing People: Psychology and Practice', and it's pretty interesting. One of the concepts they talked about was using a decoy with subscriptions. The example they used was with The Economist subscription. When there were only two options: A) 3 months site acces and magazins at home for 50$ or B) 1 year site acces and magazines at home for 175$, roughly 65% chose option A and thus 35% chose option B. However, when they added a decoy option: 1 year site acces, no magazines for 175$ (Obviously noone chooses this) suddenly the roles were reversed. About 65% of the new applications chose option B. The decoy tricked people into thinking that option B was by far the smartest choice. Thought that was cool and explained why things like rapidshare have an option of 5$ for 1 day, or 7$ for a month (not exact numbers).

Poker has been awesome the past 2 months. I'm really happy things turned around immensely: August was my biggest losing month, September my biggest winning month. And Octobre is currently 2nd best. I was a little bit rusty when I started playing after the exams (hadn't played for a week or so), my frequencies were definitely off. It's interesting that being at the top of my game right now means that I am starting to see how ridiculously many mistakes I make. Improving on those points and trusting myself to do something nonstandard when it feels right is going to be hard but should be rewarding.

Life is good, after the exams everything seems twice as fun. I went out with my buddies the past 2 nights and just had a blast. I watched the movie Ip Man (the one that Jeff recommended) and really liked it. It was funny that I could sort of understand the movie without subs (it was Chinese), I feel like understanding the 'tone' made some of the things Ip Man said extra awesome. Wednesday I'll be going to Jackass 3D , I heard good things about it so really curious.

I had some random rungood the other day. I bet 5k on Lesnar, and obviously lost. The next day I checked my bet and it turned out I did something wrong and only bet on 1 slip of 100$. So instead of losing 5k I just lost 100 bucks .

Well this post turned out longer than I thought it'd be, hpefully the next time I update I will have found a new place that I can move in to

doei,

Denny

I thought this was a pretty interesting game. Think of a celebrity or someone known and see how accurately/fast he gets the answer.

Just fill in a fake name and click play.

Hey guys,

thought I'd write up a small update about the life of denny. How many of you do fighting sports?

I had my first boxing training today. I've wanted to do boxing for a while now, and today I finally stepped up. I like to think I'm in pretty good shape because I go to the gym regularly. But goddamn this was heavy I really liked it though, the way of training and the result you'll get is exactly what I want: power mixed with stamina. So I'm curious how this will turn out.

Pokerwise August has been disastrous, and September has been awesome. I feel like I'm at the top of my game right now (I thought I was in August too but that didn't work out -.-). I have also tried to start up headsup tables for hours and hours and all I got were hit n runners (litterally just c/r my cbet then raise the BTN en leave wtf) or pretty good players. I have absolutely no idea how you're supposed to bumhunt HU as I have been sitting there for days (only on 2 tables 10/20 ftp, but still) and just no fish randomly sat down. I've been holding my ground though, so it's all good and my 6max game has improved because of the HU play.

Well that's it for now, still waiting for a wcoop bracelet,

Denny

Hey guys,

Busted the EPO on Day 2... With the 10 big blind stack there was not much I could do. I ninja styled it up to 12k on 400/800/100. Then an active good player biggish stack CO opens, the BTN has about 17bb (young unknown) and flats and I find 33 in the BB.

I decide my stack is still big enough to have FE, and I expect BTN to shove all pairs and CO has so much random stuff that even if I get called I am still flipping (though that was obv. not my strong point in this trny)

So I shove, CO folds and BTN tank calls with 88 -.-

Hopefully I can make you all proud the next time. Thanks for the trust,

Denny

Played an interesting but very frustrating day 1. There was one hand that really stood out, and a combination of 3 other hands that were frustrating:

I started with 15k in chips, blinds 25/50. The table was very strong for a live tournament, and probably for tournaments in general. I guess that's a result of pretty much everyone playing either being an online qualifier or someone who bought the seat online. Nevertheless I was pretty sure I had an edge on everybody at the table, especially because I had direct position on the best 2 players of the table.

So I started out calling quite a bit in position, players behind me were probably playing a bit too tight. 3bet where I felt good about it and everything seemed to be working out. Cbets worked well and I just c/f where I knew I'd either have to fire 3 or do nothing. Grinded it up to 26k. Then CO vs BTN (me) I get it in with AKs vs 77 for 20k pot. I lose.

Back to 16k and grind it up again again to 26k. Bvb, same guy, he limpcalls SB on 100/200 where i make it 800 (K9o) with 12k eff. Flop 9d4c7c. I bet 1125, he c/r to 3k, I jam cause he never limpcalls a set pre. He has Tc9c and wins the flip once more.

Then I have like 14k and the toughest hand comes along:
100/200 level, Mid (tightish) opens to 500, I flat KQo on BTN. SB (tightish and weaker) overcalls. Flop AhTs8s gets checked through, did not feel like stabbing there. I hit the Jh. SB leads 825, I make it 3425, he SNAPcalls. I knew I was aggro and he was annoyed. River the Js, worst card in the deck. He donkbets 6k and I tank for like 5 minutes and decide to call. Reasons for calling or obvious (shoves set on turn, donkbetting is just bad there) but really really tough decision nonetheless. He shows random AQo.

Back to 26k or so again on 150/300/25. Again, vs the same guy as the 2 flips before, I get in AKo vs 77 for 34k and lose the flip again :S

That was the hand right before the last break and I had to ninja style it up for the last two levels... I have 8k on 400/800 going into day 2. So frustrating I didn't win 1 flip. This is the best tournament I played in terms of plays though, so hopefully good things will start to happen on Day 2.

Hello!

I will be playing the EPO in London. It starts this Saturday (11th Sept.) and as of now has a huge overlay. (1MM gtd. 194 registered so far) This is probably because of the WSOPE starting right after that and most players want to focus on that more.

The event is 3500+250 (GBP) ~ 5790$ (used Google for exchange rates)

I will be selling 1% for 60.00$ (USD).

Up to 50%. Whoever replies/sends first will get the action.

One tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime,

Denny

... but I folded.

Hey guys, whatsup? I Just came back from the Balkan Poker Festival in Bulgaria, where I played with Mrs. Universe 2007:

It was fun to have her on the table, though I was a bit disappointed to find out that she wasn't Miss Universe but Mrs. Universe.

As for the tournament itself, I became the bubbleboy wieee. The guy slowrolled me with AA in the big blind too. :/

Plans for the future:

- I'm in the middle of moving process right now, hope I'll find a new cool place quickly
- Marry a Bulgarian woman. Always thought Swedish was my thing, until now. I wonder what a Swedish/Bulgarian mix looks like.
- Make more vids as soon as my real computer is hooked up again

Also, I am planning on shipping the EPO in London coming week. Click here for action.

Take care,

Denny
