Won back the $ i lost yesterday. But since then have not been able to sleep. I don't want to play tired but i really want to play so bad because i think i'm learning so much.

I also checked my last 50,000 hands at 100nl and i won at 15/bb100. In my most recent sample both my red and blue line go up. In general i am not up that much because of my shot at 400nl which was terrible. I however feel great i am playing way differently than before and i am trying to increase variance as much as possible because I've realized that by shying away from variance i lose win rate. And by losing win rate i get more variance than if i play really aggro and try to ram and jam anytime its close to a break even play.
