September Experiment

I have a SNE plan for 2012:
9 months, nl200, 8-10 hours/day non stop(like a real job 1000+ hands/hour, 20-21 days/month, January-June, take July off to relax and enjoy a summer vacation, August-October, some bumhunting November up to 5-10 only premium tables and some medical examination after the hard/lame grind, and finally taking December off and enjoying some nice winter fun.
So September was an experiment, I wanted some answers for questions like:
Can you play 1000+ hands/hour?
Can you do 1/9 of SNE in one month without going insane?
Can you play without a stop loss?
Are you mentally prepared for this?

I don't really have an answer, let's just say it's pretty brutal, I'm going to hide my scars behind the September graph and note to self that I'll need to buy a massage chair if I'm going to spend close to 200 days, 8-10 hours in a chair I really have to get one( links of a good massage chair in the comment section would be much appreciated)

To conclude this entry I'm just going to say that I'm going to enjoy my money for now, also was really glad to see an article about me on PTR, it's nice to see that hard work pays off in the end, the last thing I'm going to say here is an anecdote that was(still is) kinda my motto at the tables:

"The bull and his son are standing on top of a hill with a clear view to all the cows down in the valley.
The bull tells his son: you know what we should do? We should go down there and fuck one of these cows.
He looks at his son, awaiting an answer.The son thinks about it and finally comes with an answer: Let's fuck them all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I'm 6'5 and get all twisted up when I sit down for too long, but this was freakin' awesome!

Obviously, your story is completely ruined by which ever idiot translated it. It's missing 2 KEY elements. First of all the SON tells the dad, "hey dad, how about we run down there and fuck one of them cows." To which the father bull says, "no boy, we'll walk down - and fuck them all.

So the run vs. walk side was totally left out which adds 50% of the color to this story and the mix up of which of the two bulls (the young, naive, impatient bull's urges vs. the older, wiser father bull's prudence) is urging the other on.

Extremely tilting to read this terri-bad version.

@ grog: it's not that, sometimes I see you play tables where there's no fish, not saying it's bad it's just not that +ev when multitabling imo.
thanks everyone for the congrats, maybe I'll post more about SNE from next year if anyone is interested about that.

Sick results. I thought about moving out of the US in January and going for SNE, but I just highly doubt I can put that volume in.

@bw07507: I think 105k in bonuses and a winnrate between 1-2BB is possible, the volume guarantees a fair run and a total of 200k profits should provide enough motivation

haven't forgot about this, hope to find some time on a week-end at the end of the month to exchange opinions with you about our 1/2 grind games, it's going to be very +ev for me.

I believe I can if my mind is healthy and my body is healthy.

-my back feels rigid after a grind day so when I finish I do a warm up, a stretching program, and various other exercises, will buy a massage chair.
-I will buy a triple monitor system a 30" screen for the tables, one for lobby, one for hem, my 2x 24" doesn't do the job right for my eyes and my table selecting speed/clicking speed.
-my eyes feel kinda tired I do eye "gymnastics" and will have a serious eye exam every month at the end.
-stress/tilt seem to be less problematic the more I play the more I can resist to variance, but is still a serious factor in the game.
-disgusting aspect: peeing becomes a problem when you force yourself 8-10 hours on a chair, I literally don't take any break since I need a 1000h/hour + hand average so I do it like you do it when you have a broken leg it's the only way for me.

I don't, I hope I won't it's just the starting plan problem is I play with a huge bankroll and that's more difficult to do at higher stakes plus I don't know if I can play 15+ tables at 2/4+ without conceding some of my edge.
