if you're worried about suicides and depression - sort your fcken problems with the economy first, which generate more suicides and more depression than online poker, which requires you to a) learn about it and get interested (how many ppl really play poker in the US on a regular basis? all i see is 250k ppl @ stars and 50k ppl @ ftp during peek hours, but that includes other countries) b) deposit a sufficient amount of money. And in his perfect world, where online poker is an issue of this magnitude, all you need to do to get depressed and then jump off a building is basically get born and find a job, delve into the debt abyss and that's it. Much easier and more "intuitive, right?"

"internet gambling" is different then internet poker. i think you can play slots and blackjack online which is gambling cuz its against the house whereas poker is against donkeys and nits and winable. hopefully theres more people like middle and left guy then there is right guy out there.
