Unfortunately, due to the recent Washington State Supreme Court ruling, real-money play at Full Tilt Poker is no longer permitted within Washington State.

In the interest of all of our players who play while in Washington State, we have invested significant time in legal consultation before coming to this decision.

Regrettably, with immediate effect this means that you will no longer be allowed to play for real money when located within Washington State.

I got an e-mail this morning and they decided to pull out from Washington State.. Now where am I off to? Are there any other Washington players on Leggo that are considering there options? I would like to hear your comments and thoughts.. possibly live pro? lol

On September 24th, the Washington State Supreme Court upheld the state law outlawing online gambling. Lawyer and Poker Players Alliance member Lee Rousso challenged the law, claiming it violated the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution, but the Supreme Cout saw it otherwise. According to their ruling, the law does not discriminate between in and out of state online gambling institutions, therefore it does not violate the Commerce Clause.

I just found out tonight that Pokerstars pulled out from Washington.. I've been on FTP and playing regularly.. Does anyone know if FTP is going to do the same? What are some options for Washington players? I didn't think this day would come so soon! Let me know if you guys know or may have heard of anything..
