When you think of an aggressive, fearless player, the name luckychewy needs to come to mind. Starting at age 18 on PartyPoker, Andrew admits he was a breakeven player at best. However, with the help of 2+2 and PokerTracker (Andrew notes he now prefers Holdem Manager), Chewy was finally able to start fulfilling his potential: a journey also enhanced by the likes of “aejones,” “jimmie23,” “gp333,” and “ansky.”
When thinking back, the only real challenge Andrew faced was putting in the hours – he made the jump from a top tournament player to a top cash game player without any poker-related issues, and now plays $25/$50NL and higher. A laid back individual, Chewy only plans on “traveling to the tropics and beyond.” Of course, Andrew also hopes to continue to improve his game and become a $50/$100NL+ regular. The future certainly looks bright for this poker prodigy.
