Hey, I'm Vincent 'vinivici9586' Wille. I started playing online poker at the end of my junior year at Northwestern University in March 2008. By the end of the year I made about $50,000, and was playing 100 and 200nl full ring. In 2009, I graduted with a degree in economics, while achieving Supernova Elite. I reached SNE status in 2010 as well, and won about $220,000 at the tables as well (for a 320k year).
To reach 1m VPPs on the year, I have to play 16-24 tables the vast majority of the time. While most people struggle to break even with this kind of volume, I have one of the highest winrates on pokerstars. My lifetime WR is about 2.5 pt/bb, and my WR in 2011 was over 3. I specialize in a high-volume, low-variance approach. In my 3 year career, I've made about $600,000 playing online poker, but haven't gone on more than a $5,000 downswing at any point. According to my HEM for 2011, I won in in 193 out of my 270 sessions (about a 72 percent clip). I lost 200 dollars or more in only 34 out of 270 sessions (about 12 percent of the time). At stakes lower than 2/4, my $USD EV was under 1k for only one session. I don't just win a lot. I win painlessly and easily.
I am currently pursuing a masters in Entrepreneurship at Royal Holloway University of London. I still finds time to play poker, though, and am roughly a 4 PTBB winner over a million hands in 2012. Coaching
