Can't cancel free no strings attached trial!!!

On June 3rd I canceled my free subscription.
No 24 hour reply from support@leggopoker

On 17th & 18th resent and still no 24 hour reply.

I PM message Tickner and he did not reply.

I just checked and they have my status as active and have charged my credit card.

Although I enjoyed the site, I play for very micro stakes and I found that there wasn't enough info on my level to warrant subscribing at the present time.

I used my no strings attached free subscription for 5 days and canceled. If they had reacted within the promised 24 hours they would have had another 24 hours to cancel my subscription. Instead, they charged me and have it set-up to renew me on July 5th.

I want my money back.

PM me the email address you sent from because when I searched your screename we have no email history from you. It could just be that your email didn't go through or went to our spam section or something. We reply to all emails within 24 hours so if you haven't gotten a response then we definitely didn't get your email. We will cancel your subscription and resolve this matter, just PM me your email and forward me your previous email messages evidencing your cancellation request and we can issue a refund as well.
