Can't watch vids, subscription problem

Hello I'm trying to watch videos and it says my subscription is inactive. I have it on Credit Card auto-renewal so there is no way it should be inactive, and I checked my statement anyways and paid $30 on 2/4.

You should be good to go, might need to refresh or reload the Leggo page or give it a few minutes, I'll have Vitas look into what the problem was but it seems like you should be okay.

i have the same problem. it says i don't have a video sub but when i checked my cc i was charged on 2/3/10. yes, i'm a little slow chekcign things.
