iPod vids don't work on my iPod =(
I was very excited as this is really the only way I watch poker vids - but I'm incredibly disappointed to find that they do not work on my iPod.
FWIW I have version 1.3 of the firmware - not a touch.

We are currently in a beta version of the ipod release. We've tested them on most platforms but not all of them yet. Don't worry: whatever the problem is we will fix it. Any more information you can give us would be great. Thanks for the input!

Hey Snipe obv updating to the newest firmware is recommended. Like Tickner (who is owned by Craig btw) mentioned we are in the beta phase with this. Can you let us know which video/videos did not work, which iPod you have, and which download you used so we can look into it so we can get this up and running asap.

I had trouble uploading to my iPod but figured out I needed to create an iPod or iPhone version from the advanced tab in iTunes before sync'ing my iPod. Hope this helps.
@Vitas/Tickner - The pic seems small. Is there any way of increasing the size? I have the 1.3 version of the software also.

To add, it is AEJones vid from Oct 22. I have DL'ed others and they are fine.

Fuzzy there are a few 1 table videos that weren't produced in full screen so there is black/grey area around the table to fill the blank space. I will try to get the video files from the pro's so I can reproduce them in full screen for you guys.

Strangely, I'm still unable to upload directly to my iPod after I DL. I don't get it. They work once I convert using iTunes, but I can't drag directly.
And I actually had problems iwth the AE Jones from Oct AND April - both came up small. I re'DL'ed the Oct today, however and it works.
While I'm still having issues - I CERTAINLY want to commend Vitas for his hard work and efforts to remedy this problem. While we're not *quite* there yet - your help is certainly appreciated.
