Leggo needs to improve a few things........
Just a few points id like to make Leggo poker slightly better, posting this mainly because i enjoyed my time on the site and enjoyed the various videos.
My Subscription ran out like one month ago to my surprise, id had no emails saying my card details needed updating for another 6 /12months. I thought leggo could have a system in place that when someones card details and sub are coming to an end that they could email like 2 weeks in advance so the person involved can correct the situation before the sub runs out. I feel this is a part of the site which needs fixing so you dont lose members.
Ive waited for weeks before posting to see if anyone would email me or PM regarding sigining up again, and to be honest ive havent had any messages whatsoever. Ive been a member of various other training sites and currently a member of one and they all keep the members informed as to when the sub or card details need updating.
I might return as a full member in the future, but i do hope leggo doesnt end up thinking of us members as a number rather than paying customers who they should be doing all they can to keep hold on to every last one of us. Espcecially when theres so many training sites on the market now.
