Subscription renewal question

It says 'You will be charged on a recurring basis.' English is not my first language, so I might not be understanding this right. If I pay with my debit card/credit card, will I be charged once every month?

Ok, sorry for being so slow, but:
6month renewal = 27.5$/moth, payments deducted on monthly basis
12moths renewal = 25$/month, one immediate payment

the per month is the savings you make by buying in bulk...
6 month all in 1 go i think.
you save $2.5 per month for buying 6 months in 1 go
& $5 a month for buying 12 months in 1 go.

ok so if I want to renew my 6 month membership how much does 6 months cost? and I just have to make sure I have that the money is on the account that was first used on the day that the recurring payment is meant to go thru on?
