Anyone seen this when you run HEM? It was working last night and today my HUD won't appear and I get this message upon start-up.

"The following error occured when trying to open the database. Unable to read data from the transport connection. An exsisting connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."

Can HEM not track OBSERVED hands on Pokerstars?

I wanted to run other tables to run up a good sample size on a reg quickly, but pokerstars would only run 1 observed hand then stop?

Is this standard or is there something I should be selecting in HEM?
