Re: $25 OFF - Hold'em Manager
I am trying to get HEM (professional) to import hands from more than one site (Stars, which has always been fine, and now Tilt as I have just started playing).
I have set up my autoimport folder, but I can't seem to get the HUD to appear, and I also can't seem to find Tilt screen name?
Also, my hard drive broke, so I emailed Stars and they emailed me all of my HHs so I didn't lose my database, however, it seems that HEM is constantly importing files from it (although it's been doing this for a few weeks now?) The process from clicking autoimport is basically:
a) 1 of 13 parts of large file have been processed -> 13 of 13 parts of large file have been processed
b) 1 to 8 parts of large file have been processed -> 8 of 8 parts of large file have been processed
(there was 2 large files that I was sent from Stars).
c) Imports any played hands.
d) Repeat.
And this process does't end. Do you think there is something wrong with where I have saved the emailed file?
I don't really know why I am getting these problems? I have watched the HEM presentations on here, and followed them, but it doesn't seem to be importing my Tilt hands (although not many have been played) and I don't know why my "Large" files are constantly importing still.
ANY help here would be much appreciated.

Re: $25 OFF - Hold'em Manager
Does bb/100 in HEM mean "big blind" or "big bet"?

Re: $25 OFF - Hold'em Manager
The lowercase "b" is big blind and the uppercase "B" is big bet.

Re: $25 OFF - Hold'em Manager
Thanks.
What would you say is a sufficient sample size at a particuar stake? And what bb/100 would you say was a sufficient size after this sample before you move up (provided you are rolled)?
Basically, I am aiming to play 100k hands on 50NL 6max before I move to 100NL. Is this a sufficient size? Is it unneccesarily big if I am rolled to play higher? What bb/100 should I be aiming to be above after 100k hands in order to be confident I can move up?

I posted your questions in the HEM forums because they are beyond us (me at least). I assume you will need to register and give more information to the guys so they can get you all set up. Good luck!

Re: $25 OFF - Hold'em Manager
Hi,
I tried a number of times tonight to purchase HoldemManager but it kept declining my credit card. The card is valid so I have no clue why?
