I just checked the HEM inbox and you did not purchase it through Leggo, or it did not go through for some reason.
It could also be an issue on our side and if that is the case we will figure it out and get this sorted asap.

So I haven't heard any updates on what is going on with this. The charge definitely shows up and is to leggopoker and even specified as a HEM purchase. I'm sure that it usually goes very smoothly, but I cannot say that I am happy with how this has worked out. Saving $25 is nice but I would rather just pay the extrea money and not wait 1 week+ with no guarantee of ever even getting a code at all.

There is zero chance you will pay for HEM and not get it. Unfortunately, I have no record of a purchase for you and just need to wait till I hear back from the guys and find out what happened.
