How much would you have to win (or lose) to walk away from the game of poker for life?

Have you ever considered hiring a specialist to help you work out your goals and better deal with the highs and lows you feel sometimes?
I'd say people don't lead into 3bettors enough. It's like ok he pushes his 4-10% equity edge pf, but that doesn't really mean he fires every board. There is a lot of math behind deciding to lead or check when OOP in 3bet pots, but I see a lot of good players checking marginal spots IP and too many players letting it happen when there most likely hand range is weak.

To nswer your second question, it doesn't happen overnight. I feel like wrestling is accomplishing amazing feats. It's that hard imo. TBH, my paths are endless and many. I don't feel the lows like I used to, nor the highs. This question is the top of the hierarchy of needs(maslow?) and it is the main focus of everything I do on a daily basis. It's the deciding factor on whether or not I want to go ot on a given night or the effort I put into training or money decisions etc.

have a great time!
Player dependent, use history better than he does. Use notes. Snap calls early streets = marginal type hand. Uses time button OOP with hands he's deciding to bet for thin value or not. If improve means having the highest winrate as possible, I'd say just learning to always play your A-game and being strict with yourself, but have some swagger/arrogance. Example: God that Harrington guy annoys me sooo much, but he's playing too good right now. sit out next big blind and go run. Once you get back you are ready. Unstoppable. Think to do the things that no one else would in your spot because you are better and you are a winner. Finding the spots where you tilt and quit accordingly when no one else would should make you proud and such. The battle between skills of good and bad players is just knowing whether or not they have an edge and a lot of that comes down to how honest you are with yourself while playing your c-game. Being in control and knowledgable about these things is the ultimate end destination.
