Hey Ben,

-Did you know you wanted to be a poker pro when you just started ? If not the case, when did you decide to do it ?
-Also, for how many years are you playing poker, and what was your volume each year ?
-Sometimes i know i should be playing, and i know i have a good edge in my games, however i can't force myself to play, i am scared of variance and i know that at this precise moment i will feel terribly bad if i lose money, did these moments happen to you ? If so, how do you fight this feeling ?
-Do you play nanonoko at your stakes ? What do you think of him and his game ?

1) Do you have experience with Heads Up games? Whats your general toughts about it? (The question aplies to PLO as well, but I guess someone talked about it in a previous post ^^)

2) What is the typical Swedish food?

3) If I had the opportunity to go to your country, what's the best town for a group of friends who wants to have a lot of fun ?

4) If you had to choose between Sun+Beach or Snow+Ski, which one would you prefer?

5) How is Poker viewed by your country's society?

Thats it for now, thanks and regards!
1) Fun, but way too much waiting around for action. PLO I might get into a bit more towards the end of the year if I hit my personal no limit goals...

2) Meatballs, marinated herring, and other delicious treats...

3) Depends on where you are coming from. But the answer would more than likely be Stockholm.

4) Very hard... Depends on the mood, perhaps snow in the summertime and sun in the wintertime.

5) Sweden is very liberal and secular, so with some curious fascination I think, even so many years after the start of the boom.

Edit: Thought of an extra question - What are your goals in poker?
I always thought that mental and emotional control were traits second to none, and second would be good old hard work off the tables. Coaching students has enforced this, to a large extent.
.
As for goals in poker, they mainly revolve around supporting my current and future family.

The Leggo vids are starting to really give me confidence and results in --raise w/ 1 caller-- type of hands. Looking back now it seems to take up the most forum and video discussion time after getting past starting hand requirements....

That being said, I now find myself in a lost area when facing 2 opponents in raised pots on the turn (mostly) and the river (esp. first to act and stuck in the middle). I find myself just "winging" it without a solid feeling of knowing how to deal with the situation (as I would if it were just HU).

Any advice on how to think when in this situation (I tend to create giant monsters under the bed), and could you look for several examples of how you handle this when you are doing your next video (NL200 or less).

Thanks for getting in the cage.

Do you table select? If so, could you give us a brief summary of what you look for in the tables you sit at. Also what, if any, software you use.

If you do not table select could you please explain why. Possible benefits to not table selecting?

Thanks.

The idea of a lesson on how to review our hand history is an awesome idea. I would love to see this done by a couple of pros.

Please make it happen.

It was somewhat already asked but what's your typical "workday" routine consist of? And how many workdays in a normal week?

And I'm also curious about what you think of the future of the game. It seems as though I often hear "the games are drying up" etc. and professional poker won't be viable in the future. However, as a university student, I know students that have degrees + and still can't find anything. I know a guy with a Masters in Physics and he was working at McDonald's, now he's back in school to take undergrad classes to try and get to med school since the Masters didn't do anything for him. A girlfriend of mine got her degree in Bio-Psychology and can't find anything now - she's probably going back to college to get a piece of paper saying she can work in Human Resources. So...my theory is that the entire economy sucks right now ....not that our games are getting too hard or the game has been solved. I think there's just a higher ratio of decent regs to fish with deep wallets but that the games will still be profitable for years to come even if it's not as juicy as it once was?
1. Donīt really find different sites that different in skill level, but stylistically they are a little bit different when it comes to the regs. The european regs are somewhat looser, somewhat more aggressive, but not as much as people think these days.

2. Answered above, as each day is different. But about seven workdays in a normal week this days, actually playing perhaps five or six.

3. Answered above. Games, I think, will get moderately harder, but I never spend my time thinking about these things so my opinion is not worth much here.
