Two best ways:
1) Play a ton of HU
2) Play your normal stakes on fewer tables (4ish) with no HUD and try to estimate all the different stars you are used to relying on in your head as you play. I think when faced with difficult decisions you won't use the stats ur compiling in your head nearly as much as you would think:: instead you will be able to tilt his handrange one way or the other based on the lines he has been showing down..

My work ethic is pretty solid poker-wise. I think this stems mostly from the fact I still love playing and really have almost every session since I started. I also recognize how amazing an opportunity internet poker in its present form is for me, and this motivates to do the academic number crunching hand reviewing part which is so essential for getting better. I also play most everyday because all my friends have real 9-5 jobs so I have plenty of free time round the house.....
